We meet Saturday and Sunday mornings with additional classes during the week nights during daylight savings.
Each class is geared towards building your strenghth, core and endurance. 16-20 stations designed to push you to your fitness level but not beyond. With each class your participate in you will make gains finding yourself bettering yourself.
